The CBN Creative Industry Financing Initiative (CIFI) is a ₦22 billion intervention fund providing single-digit interest loans to Nigerian businesses in the creative and technology sectors. Eligible sectors include film and video production (Nollywood), music, fashion design, software and mobile app development, and educational content. Loans are channelled through participating commercial banks. CAC, tax clearance, and a project business plan required.
