Digital Africa Seed Fund (DASF) is a €30–50M pan-African seed fund backed by Proparco, the European Commission, and the West African Development Bank (BOAD). Investment tickets of €300,000–€350,000 (~₦525M–₦612M) with potential follow-on. Priority sectors: agritech, fintech, healthtech, climate tech, AI and digital infrastructure. Note: DASF states a preference for markets outside the continent's "big four" (Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Egypt) — Nigerian founders in overlooked states or non-Lagos hubs may be better positioned. Open to early-stage technology startups across Africa including Nigeria. Must be operating a scalable, technology-enabled business in a priority sector. No minimum years of operation stated. Equity investment — fund takes a stake in the business.
